2. Service Description

Visita Monserrate is a digital platform that facilitates the purchase of tickets to access Monserrate Hill in Bogotá, Colombia. Our services include:

• Sale of funicular and/or cable car entry tickets
• Digital ticket delivery via email
• Provision of tourist guides in PDF format
• Updated information on schedules and services

3. Purchase Process

When making a purchase on our Site, you declare that:

• You are authorized to use the selected payment method

4. Prices and Payments

All prices shown are expressed in Colombian Pesos (COP) and include applicable taxes under Colombian law. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment methods enabled on the platform.

Ticket prices may change without prior notice. However, once a purchase is confirmed, the paid price will be honored.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Tickets purchased through our Site are subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellations requested more than 48 hours in advance may be refunded at 80% of the paid amount
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable
• In case of service closure due to weather conditions or force majeure, the visit will be rescheduled or a full refund will be issued

7. Use of Service

When visiting Monserrate, users must:

• Present a valid ticket in digital or printed format
• Respect the established visiting hours
• Follow security staff instructions
• Take care of the facilities and the environment
• Not engage in activities that endanger their safety or that of other visitors

8. Limitation of Liability

Visita Monserrate acts as an intermediary in ticket sales. We are not responsible for:

• Temporary service closures for maintenance or weather conditions
• Changes in operating hours
• Incidents occurring during the visit
• Loss or theft of personal belongings

9. Intellectual Property
